CCDP/AP: Cornell Certified Diversity
Professional/Advanced Practitioner
In response to the growing complexity and depth of the feld,
ILR developed the Cornell Certifed Diversity Professional/
Advanced Practitioner (CCDP/AP) Program. Intended for
professionals with a minimum of three to fve years substan-
tive experience in the D&I; feld, this certifcation provides the
opportunity to promote individual growth and organizational
success through deeper knowledge, honed skills and
additional D&I; strategies.
